Q: I have not received my order. What can I do? 
A: If you haven’t received your order, please try the below methods to solve the problem:
1. You can track your order with the tracking number given by the seller
2. If you find the tracking number is invalid, it may be because the shipping company needs 3 to 7 days to update the shipping status. You can also contact our Customer Service Team for more shipping information. 

Q: The product I received does not match the description. What can I do?
: If you are not satisfied with the product you received, contact your seller to agree on a solution.

Q: I have not received my refund on my credit card yet. What can I do?
A: If you paid with a credit card, contact our Customer Service Team to refund to you. The money will be refunded to your card. It usually takes around 3-15 business days for the money to arrive. It may look like you did not get your money back yet, please check your bank account first. Some refunds are booked on the date of the purchase. If after carefully checking your bank statement (as suggested above) you still cannot find your refund, please contact our customer service team. 
Q: I have questions about details of a product, so who can answer my questions? 
A: If you have any questions about a product, contact the seller via email (yiganerjing@dingtalk.com).  

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: Before your order is shipped out, you can follow the below steps to cancel it: 
    Step 1: Sign into My Orders  and find your order
    Step 2: Cancel(delete) your order
    Step 3: Select a cancellation reason in the pop-up box and submit your request 

QCan I change order details such as size, shipping etc.?
A:  Unfortunately, order details cannot be revised after an order has been placed successfully. If you want to change anything about your order, you can cancel the order if it's not shipped out yet, and after it's cancelled sucessfully, you can place a new order. 

Q: I have paid for my order. Why does the order status still say Awaiting Payment?
A: If you pay with Credit/Debit Card, please contact your card issuer to check whether the payment was actually deducted from your account. If you pay with wire transfer, normally, it will take 7 business days for us to receive your payment after your wire transfer. Please check your order status again in approximately 7 business days after your wire transfer. If you pay with Western Union, normally, payments by Western Union are processed within 3 business days. After this, the status of your order should change to Paid.

Q: Why I see the order status says payment wrong? 
If you pay with paypal, your shipping address must match paypal shipping address, otherwise, payment will not be successful.
